Testing

The term СtestingТ implies trial, trying and checking. The main objective of testing is to identify the product advantages and disadvantages for the consumer, its major strengths and weaknesses compared with other similar products.

Qualitative methods of testing allow us to receive more detailed ideas from respondents about the product, understand deep reasons for their attitudes towards certain characteristics.

Testing can be conducted on specially equipped premises, in a store or at home.

Product concept testing reveals respondentsТ evaluation of the product idea itself, its purpose and relevance, satisfaction of the consumersТ needs. At this stage we evaluate the attitude towards product concept, product expectations and how well the product idea is realized in the product itself. As a result of this type of testing, the most optimal product concept is evaluated and selected.

Usability testing

Testing real interaction between the consumer and the product allows us to identify the match between the product solutions and the consumerТs mentality, and to single out the most adequate solutions. Used in order to study products which are difficult to discuss with the consumer due to innovations or technical complexity.
